Express shipping with BRT in 24/48 hours. Free for orders over €40, otherwise €3.99. For cash on delivery, a supplement of €2.99. Orders received before 11:30 are shipped the same day.
After placing an order, as soon as it is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number and the link to follow the shipment, schedule it and choose to collect it at a brt fermopoint. You can also log in to your account to monitor the status of your order.

To return a product, simply contact our customer service who will guide you through the entire process, the return costs are the customer's responsibility.
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and with all tags intact.
Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, in case of payment on delivery a bank transfer will be made.
